Our Story: From a Dash Cam Idea to a Global Driving Companion

"It started with a crash."

In 2011, our founder was involved in a minor road accident overseas. The experience was stressful—but what made it worse was the lack of reliable evidence to prove what had actually happened.

That moment planted the seed for BCUOZ.

We believed there had to be a better way to help drivers protect themselves, record their journeys, and drive with peace of mind—no matter where they are in the world. That belief became our mission.

BCUOZ was born in Shenzhen, the heart of China’s tech innovation. We assembled a small but passionate team of engineers, industrial designers, and automotive enthusiasts to solve one problem:

Make a smart, reliable, and affordable dash cam that every driver can trust.

After hundreds of prototypes and long nights of testing in extreme weather, low light, and real traffic conditions, we launched our first dual-lens dash cam with 1080P recording and night vision in 2013. It wasn’t perfect—but it worked. And most importantly, it helped drivers feel safe again.
